Our team members are often called upon to help organizations make tough decisions regarding individuals considered at risk of violence. The outcome of these decisions at times may lead to the hospitalization, incarceration, or termination of high-risk employees. As such, it is important for us to ensure the privacy and security of our team members and their families, and therefore BSA shares biographical and personal information about our associates only on a need-to-know basis with contracted clients.

 

Each associate has an extensive background in the behavioral sciences applied to the areas of law enforcement, corporate security, emergency management, public health, and mental health. All have undergone extensive background checks and are deemed appropriate to work on law enforcement and homeland security-sensitive assignments. Our consultants and associates bring a lifetime of experience to bear on our client's situations to help foster a quick, safe and defensible resolution to difficult problems.
